The centre of the Sterling Silver heart is completely encrusted with semi precious stones - green and blue Turquoise in various shapes, Coral, Onyx, Amethyst, Jade and Opal. And above the heart, a large hand-decorated bale links onto a stunning necklace made of smooth, veined Turquoise nuggets interspersed with Bamboo, Coral and Lapis Lzuli..
