The centre of the Sterling Silver heart is completely encrusted with semi precious stones - green and blue Turquoise in various shapes, Garnet Onyx and Amethyst. And above the heart, a large smooth silver bale links onto a stunning necklace made solely of small, smooth, veined Turquoise nuggets. This is a mini-masterpiece on its own, with Sterling Silver hallmarked ends and can, of course, be worn on its own.
